Unfortunately, we cannot offer gluten-free bakes as we do not have a separate bakery in which we can handle gluten-free flour in, the risk of cross-contamination currently is likely.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer vegan celebration cakes or cupcakes.
There is no such thing as an order being made too early. We advise that you leave it no later than 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Your cake has been made the day before you receive it, it is safe to eat for 1 week after this. Keep it well-wrapped or in an airtight container to retain freshness.
On very hot days, yes. But otherwise, just a cool dark room is a cake's happy place.
When holding your cake have flat hands under the box & hold cake upright, not leaning on your body. When driving, place in the footwell of your car or preferably the boot (Make sure nothing is likely to topple onto the cake during transit). Do not drive with your cake on the car seat!
First, submit your order form. We will get back to you within a couple of days with a quote. If you wish to proceed with the order you can then pay via bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay via card online or over the phone that's no problem, just let us know.
